If I order over the internet, is my credit card and information safe?

When you place an order through the Music4Kids shopping cart, your order information, including your credit card number, is encrypted. To properly protect our customers' credit card information, we use powerful 128-bit encryption routines through GeoTrust. Therefore, we are able to guarantee that any and all information passed through our website submitted by you is secure and protected from the outside. Everything you enter (Name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, etc) is safe.

Do you sell my address information or email address to other parties?

No. The staff at Music4Kids is aware of the importance of customer privacy, especially over the internet. Since it's important to you, it's important to us. We will not sell your information to other parties. We do not share our customer information with anyone. We're committed to making sure your information is protected at all costs in order to make your online shopping experience a positive and safe one.

Can I place my order by telephone?

Yes. You may call us at 1-800-401-4769 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Pacific Time, Monday Through Friday and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Are items ever backordered?

Backorders rarely occur because our shopping cart keeps track of quantities available and does not show an item if it is out of stock. Should a backorder occur due to inventory errors or unusually high activity in our "brick-and-mortar" store, we will email you promptly with an expected ship date and to confirm that you still wish to order the item. (An item is backordered when we are out of stock and waiting for an item to be delivered to us from our supplier.)

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Very small orders may ship by U.S. Priority Mail.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Orders to customers in the continental United States may take from one to nine working days.

We carry all of our products in stock and normally ship out your order within 48 hours, not counting weekends. Once shipped, you order will take from one to seven working days to reach you, depending on where you live. The farther you are from us (we are in Oregon), the longer it will take for you to receive your order. For example, if you live on the East Coast, it can take up to 7 working days after it is shipped by us.

Is there any way to receive my order more quickly?

Yes. To possibly receive your order sooner at no extra charge, provide your business address for the "Ship To" address. UPS shipping time to commercial addresses may be quicker, especially for our East Coast customers.

For an additional charge, you may request expedited shipping by UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air. To do so, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the order process. The shipping costs you will see on your receipt is for standard shipping by UPS ground.

  2. Send an email to sales@music4kids.com that reads as follows.
    SUBJECT: EXPEDITED SHIPPING REQUEST

    BODY: "Please expedite my order #________ so that I will receive it by the end of the day on ____________(date). I authorize the total cost of this expedited shipping up to $___________."

  3. Check your email frequently. If the expedited shipping will cost more than your authorized figure, we will respond by email with a rate quote and will hold your order until we receive a response back from you. If the authorized amount is sufficient, we will not send an email.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. Go to UPS Tracking by Reference Number and enter your telephone number without any dashes where it asks for "Shipment Reference" and follow the instructions. This should pull up your tracking information.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Music4Kids ships to most countries. However, we do not ship to any countries in Africa except South Africa.

The shipping costs shown on your invoice are estimated costs for orders shipped within the United States. If the shipping address is outside of the United States, we will contact you by email with correct shipping charges and will wait for your approval before shipping your order. International Orders will be shipped by U.S. mail.

What is your return policy?

Music4Kids accepts authorized returns shipped prepaid within 30 days of shipment for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Merchandise must be in perfect condition and returned in original packing materials.

Please call us at 800-401-4769 for an authorization number before you send a return package. Write the authorization number under the return address on the box. Items received without a return authorization number may be not be eligible for a refund.
